I love art. LOVE it. But holy moly macaroni, integrating it into interiors? That’s an art form in itself. Finding the right pieces that fit the space, complement the style, work with the budget, and actually make sense functionally, it’s a delicate balancing act.

And let’s be honest, the sheer availability of art in poster form hasn’t exactly helped imo. It’s made it harder to figure out what we truly love, let alone how to weave it seamlessly into our homes. Personally, I think art is the secret ingredient that brings a room to life, but sourcing it? That’s another story. Choosing the right pieces isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s a surprisingly complex puzzle of taste, proportion, framing, and, let’s face it, patience. Patience is one thing I do not have.

So, first, let me share a few tricks of the trade and my best-kept secret of all times on how to make posters and prints look well-loved and lived-in. And second, a roundup of some websites where I’ve bought some of my art.
